Everyday, we will receive dozens of emails changing orders (change items, shipping method or shipping address). So we feel it is necessary to let you know some basics of order changing.
When can I change my orders?
You can only change your order before we ship it out. Once the order leaves, we can do nothing to help you. Usually before shipment your order status is processing but sometimes we might have already shipped it out even if it shows processing. That’s because after shipment, we need 2 to 4 hours to send tracking numbers during which the order status is still processing. So we strongly recommend you to confirm this with us beforehand.
What should I offer if I want to change?
For faster and better service, you’d better tell us your order number and things you want to change concisely and clearly. If you do not provide your order number, we can not handle for you promptly.
What do you do after receiving my changing requirement?
Usually, on receiving your requirement, we will check the stock, price, shipping cost and then inform you if any extra payment or unavailability. And also your order will be shipped out after we get your payment or response. So we kindly remind you to response us timely if you have paid or have any other requirement.
How do you think of order changing?
Everyday we will process hundreds of orders to all over the world. In order to keep the processing efficiency, any changes will delay your order for at least 1 working day. So we suggest you not to do that.
