The adjustable cyclops airflow holes on the Billow v3 are larger to provide more airflow to your coils.
Top filling is very convenient by simply pulling the top cap to access the fill port and closing it shut when you're done refilling.
Juise flow control via turning of the top cap is available for those who want to restrict the amount of e-juise that is being wicked or to prevent oversaturation.
Finally, the build deck is now a 2 post Velocity style deck allowing you to build perfectly centered coils every time!
