Since my first review of this product where I mentioned I had a missing O-ring in my device Health Cabin have now taken care of my issue and will be sending me a new O-ring from kangertech. So they have completly changed my view of their customer service. I can now say with confidence that they are a very trust worthy company that will take care of any issue that may occur.

I should add that with a 1. 5ohm coil I have found that this device vapes best in between 3. 9 and 4. 4 volts on a VV Kangertech EVOD battery and upto 4. 6 volts using my vision spinner. Depending on the eliquid I'm using. I'm not sure why there is a discrepancy between the two devices? Perhaps the EVOD holds its voltage better while under load - I'm not sure?
Another thing - this device drains your battery and eliquid FAST!!!

Amazing little beast! M**IVE clouds of vapor, no gurgling (unless you have a bad coil), fantastic flavor and easy to use. Unfortunately my tank was missing the top O-ring so I can't use the glass tube but other than that this devise is spectacular. I'm just hoping that HC will send me a replacement O-ring so far they have been reluctant to do so. I don't think they believe me or something. After spending thousands of dollars with them you'd think I would have gathered some trust as a customer. I guess that's the difference between dealing with a Chinese based company and an American based company with a no questions asked attitude. So, so far a big thumbs down to Health Cabins customer service :( Anyway I've gone off track but all I can say is that this is the best system I have ever used in four years of vaping.
