I bought c4+ Clearomizer from you shop and now i have a big problem,because of your clearo,izer.
a 300 Euro leatherhandbag is ddestroyed,because your clearomizer was loosing liqid.
Pleaae give me an answer.
I didnt make any mistake,i handled the clearomizer in the right way,but liquid came out.
despite i handled the clearomizer with care,liqud came on my expensive leatherbag.
Í hope you will be serious with me and help me with this very unhappy problem in a good way.

Yes i just started to use them,because i used several others before they were out of order.
I orderd a lot and now it was the time to use a new c4+clearomizer from your shop.
It was on Saturday,i went to a store and i didnt wantet to loose or forget my E-zigarette and placed it on the bag,while i tried some shoes and than i saw the big mess.
i tried to remove the spots,but it didnt work.
now im really unhappy,bebause it is a Miu Miu bag,wich was not very cheap.
i tried to make some pictures,i think you can see the spot very clear on the left side.
Sometimes i have also liquid in my mouth,i cant understand how this happens.

quite sorry for this problem.
but we never get complaint about the leakage problem for vision,so we guess this happened may be due to the tip.
the tip was not placed tightly,so it leaked out from there.
do you have any way to clear the spot?

I tried to clear the spot,and i didnt made any mistake with the clearomizer,like wrong use.
Everything i did with clearomizer wass right,i know how to use them.
but its tragig,that i have the spot on my expensive bag.
If the spot is hided it wouldnt be a problem for me,but it is in the front of the bag,that makes me upset.
so it would great,if you can make me an offer,to solve my problem a little it.
For sure you have an insurence,that you can refund me some money in a way.

What do you mean with refund money or send 1 pc vision?
I bought the bag second hand in a very good condition for 300 Euro.
No it is disturbed as you could see on the pictures.its loosing its value.
This is my big problem and fear.
i guess you are a big company and you should refund me the loose of value.

It is really pity for this thing happened.
we show our sympathy on this problem.
but we are only able to try our best to do what we can to to share the loss
with you,since it should not be our fault to cause this problem,there are 2 reasons:
1.According to the warranty terms,
this item has no any warranty,it is the industry's rule,as well our company.
2.when you used it,you put the cartomizer into the bag
you know,it is not a correct way.
it is better to put ecig into a case,otherwise,the cartomizer may get damaged due to collision or loose due to movement,then cause leakage.
Based on them,we should not have no any responsility for this issue,right?

of course,we know that it was spotted by the liquid from the vision we sent to you.
so as we stated in last message,we are willing to try our best to give you some compensation.

option 1:
we can send you 2 new visions

option 2:
we can refund you money for 1 vision

you can choose either of them.
by the way,we also try to find some informations about how to clean the spots on leather products and know that this item:
Amway L.O.C. Multipurpose Cleaner

is quite useful.
maybe you can have a try.
that's really what we can do.
if these still cannot make you feel satisfied,then we really don't know what we can do about this.
Because we do refunds for customers needs reasonable reasons.
