東京都の受動喫煙防止条例が成立 従業員を雇う飲食店では面積にかかわらず原則屋内禁煙にする、などとした東京都の受動喫煙防止条例が6月27日、東京都議会で設立しました。国会で審議中の健康増進法改正案より厳しい規制となります。 内容をまとめると下記。 ・従業員を雇う飲食店は規模を問わず原則屋内禁煙。 ・都内の飲食店の84%が規制対象となる見通し。 ・従業員を雇っていない飲食店は禁煙・喫煙を選べる。 ・アイコス(IQOS)、プルームテック(PloomTech)、グロー(Glo)などの加熱式タバコは、飲食店では専用の喫煙室を設けて分煙すれば室内でも喫煙可、また飲食も可能。 ・違反者には罰則(5万円以下の過料)が適用(健康への影響が明らかにされていないという理由から、現時点では加熱式タバコは除外) ・学校や病院、行政機関は敷地内禁煙となり、子供が出入りする幼稚園や保育所、小中高校は屋外の喫煙場所設置は不可。 ・2年後に開催される東京五輪・パラリンピック前の2020年4月に全面施行。 今回の条例の柱はタバコ葉を燃やす際に発生する副流煙による受動喫煙の防止で、ノーニコチンリキッドを気化して水蒸気を吸引するべイプ(VAPE)製品は本条例には該当されず対象外とされている為、どこでもVAPEを楽しめる、という事ではありますが、マナーやモラルを守ってVAPEを楽しみましょう！
